Many people, when faced with life's troubles seek a distraction from the world around and more often than not, fall into the arms of a destructive addiction.

God came through.

I think my passion for photography is heavensent. Although, my initial motivation was a search for meaning and a longing to feel like I was contributing something to the world, I had also found a way to express myself without having to speak and a sense of purpose I did not have before.

I draw inspiration from the things I see, hear and feel. Photography has taught me to pay attention to the mundane and things I would have overlooked in the past, light, music, cinema, the smell of sand after the rain, it never ends.

I have high hopes for the future and I'm excited about this journey and all the great things ahead of me.
